I see lots of files/folders listed, so I assumed I burned it correctly. It's just not booting from the CD when I restart. Hmmm.

This is assuming of course that you correctly burned the ISO's. When
you view the CD's in Windows Explorer (or whatever) do you see a full
set of various files and folders? Or do you see just the .ISO file? If
the latter, the CD was not burned correctly. You'll need to burn the CD
from a CD Image (process varies from burning app to app so you might
need to let us know what app you use).
