Yes. Assuming the file is called
"[Linux.Fedora.Core.3].md5 checksums.txt". Try
md5sum "[Linux.Fedora.Core.3].md5 checksums.txt"
or
md5sum [Linux.Fedora.Core.3].md5\ checksums.txt

Or just use bash's filename completion: type
md5sum [Li
and press tab.
