What kind of SASL setup do you want to realise? The /etc/saslautd.conf is for instance needed when doing LDAP based auth. The /etc/sasldb2 is to be created using saslpasswd2 when using sasldb2 based auth data. /etc/sysconfig/saslauthd will be sourced (if existing) to override init script settings. > docs in /usr/share/doc/cyrus-sasl-... are in html mode and vague http://asg.web.cmu.edu/sasl/ http://acs-wiki.andrew.cmu.edu/twiki/bin/view/Cyrus/WebHome > any pointers to a web site that does hand-holding?
