I finally got Evolution to connect to Exchange with the patch located
at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=139134.  Yeah!
  However the Exchange calender hangs Evolution every time.  Has
anyone else seen this?  If so, has a solution been found?  I have
searched Google and this list and have not found a solution.
