So, what's wrong with my set-up? Why won't the filters run on the incoming mail?
Ok, two things.
First, there is a pulldown list of accounts on the message filters screen ("Filters for:"). Make sure you are on the listing for the POP account you're checking when you create the filter.
Second, make sure there is a checkmark next to the filter in the list, under the field that says "Enabled." If there's not a check mark, then click there and one should show up.
