Cpuspeed does not work with either the kernel-2.6.9-1.667 or kernel-2.6.9-1.681_FC3 on my laptop. Dmesg output and the output from /proc/cpuinfo are listed below. Are there any known work arounds for this problem or is there a fix in the pipeline? Any help would be appreciated. >From dmesg: speedstep-centrino: no table support for CPU model "Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.80GHz": speedstep-centrino: try compiling with CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_CENTRINO_ACPI enabled >From /proc/cpuinfo: processor : 0 vendor_id : GenuineIntel cpu family : 6 model : 13 model name : Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.80GHz stepping : 6 cpu MHz : 1795.741 cache size : 2048 KB fdiv_bug : no hlt_bug : no f00f_bug : no coma_bug : no fpu : yes fpu_exception : yes cpuid level : 2 wp : yes flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr mce cx8 mtrr pge mca cmov pat clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss tm pbe est tm2 bogomips : 3547.13 -- nicholas studt - 06 December 2004
