FC3: ISDN connection

My ISDN connection uses an external usb device, as below. This has
worked with FC2, with it referring to it as /dev/input/ttyACM0.
If I understand correctly, I need to create a "rule" for it in
/etc/udev/rules.d and call the file something like 20-udev.rules.
However, I don't really understand what it should contain, and haven't
made it recognise it as the device for my internet connection. could
anyone help me with this?
Thanks.
