I just noticed a bunch of my partitions weren't mounted, including the partitions on my USB drive. Doing a "mount -a" remounted the missing partitions from the internal drives, but not the usb partitions, which I remounted with "mount /media/usbdrive" and "mount /media/usbdrive1". Looking for a cause, I see that when yum installed nfs-utils, selinux-policy-targeted, and a bunch of xorg-x11 package, it restarted rpcimapd, rpc.mountd, rpc.nfsd and rpc.quotad. I'm curious as to why it this caused those partitions to be unmounted? A problem in rpc.mountd or a problem in the nfs-utils rpm %post section? -- "To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Teddy Roosevelt
