There are multiple distributions like this:  Tao Linux (as mentioned in
my other posting in this thread), Centos, Caos, and White Box Linux.
There may be others I haven't heard of yet.  And for the record, Red Hat
formally has no issues with these "knockoffs/clones/whatever you want to
call them".

I've been happy with Tao in the past although that system just got
toasted so I could get some experience working with FC3.  Security
updates on Tao were typically released within a day of when I got them
on my RHEL system.
