Make sure you have UTC=false in /etc/sysconfig/clock; Windows doesn't coexist
nicely with Linux if Linux thinks the clock is UTC and tweaks it accordingly.
It doesn't cooexist brilliantly even if you do that if you suffer from the fun
of daylight savings time...
When the clocks change, both OSs will add/subtract an hour... ntp combined
with the tinker panic hack gets you mostly around the problem (when combined
with the UTC=false).
