As far as I've seen, prism54 is included in the ultimate pc2 kernel
version.

I have been using the prism54 driver with a D-Link DWL-G650 card for
some time now on FC2. For FC2 this was not included, I installed it
from the prism54.org web site (I think that is the correct URL). Was
fairly easy to setup once I understood the part about the firmware and
had that copied to the correct directory.

For FC2 at least you need to configure the interface NOT to start at
boot time. When pcmcia services start the interface card will be
started anyway.

In my case for FC2 this works since I have just the one pcmcia interface
card installed at a time.
