Add

[atrpms]
name=ATrpms for Fedora Core $releasever
baseurl=http://apt.atrpms.net/fedora/$releasever/en/$basearch/at-stable

to your yum configuration. Otherwise you need the yum package from
ATrpms which is the same like FC3 only that it has no config files
(these have been moved to *-package-config).
