New kernel was updated via up2date, and now it wiped out the older
kernel, and get the following error:
Preparing...
########################################### [100%]
1:kernel-smp
########################################### [100%]
No module megaraid found for kernel 2.6.9-1.3_FC2smp, aborting.
mkinitrd failed
Now, if this server was to reboot, there is no kernel for it to fall
back on since it was wiped out from up2date. What is a good way to
fix this?
The server is still running?
get the working kernel.rpm and do a rpm -ivh.

I did that, yet get this message:
rpm -ivh *rpm
do you have downloaded multiple kernel-rpms in the directorie? *rpm?
Try "rpm -ivh kernel-smp-2.6.8-1.521.i686.rpm"
warning: kernel-smp-2.6.8-1.521.i686.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key
ID 4f2a6fd2
warning: package kernel-smp = 2.6.8-1.521 was already added, replacing
with kernel-smp <= 2.6.9-1.3_FC2
Preparing... ###########################################
[100%]
package kernel-smp-2.6.9-1.3_FC2 is already installed
and if you try a rpm -e for that kernel, dependencies are going to be
deleted as well.
rpm -e kernel bad idea :-)
