Hi, list. I have a AC-97 sound card on my motherboard. In the past it use to work fine under Red Hat 9.0 and with alsa. Now after installing Fedora Core 2 I simply can not get this sound card to work at all. Kudzu or whatever program looks for sound cards has put an entry for the snd-intel8x0 module in my /etc/modprobe.conf , but attempts to get it to work has failed. Anyone know of anything I can do to trouble shoot, and get this sound card working? Thanks.
