No. You confuse download.fedora.us with download.fedora.redhat.com 
ayo.freshrpms.net does not mirror anything from fedora.us (check out
the web site http://fedora.us), but download.fedora.us also includes
directories, which mirror Fedora Core and updates. On the contrary,
download.fedora.redhat.com is the Fedora Core master server.
