Does Evolution 2.0 support signature files? Its 1.4->2.0 migration
utility apparently ignored the ~/evolution/signatures directory. And I
don't see anything about building signatures in the menus. In fact, this
is the first application I've seen in a long time with no Help in its
toolbar.
