I installed FC3 and it installs fine. Upon reboot it completely locks up on eth0. I was told it was normal for it to hang a little bit then it would time out and the installation would continue.
Are the cable modem lights flashing? I guess I'd try a text mode install (if it still exists and works in fc3) and DON'T try to dhcp the ether card or maybe set it to a 10. static ip address for now, or maybe there is a option to diable it (i don't recall). at least you could get the beast installed.
sorry, this is all i can think of.
you will have a lot of cleaning up to do, post install, maybe.
