Hi everyone.

I'm not sure if anyone has an HP nc8000, but do you know how to enable 3D acceleration on Fedora Core 3? During the install it did detect the card instead of the regular VESA driver it detected an ATI Radeon Mobility 9600 M10. But while running Tux Racer, the 3D on it is very slow which makes me believe the 3D acceleration is not turned on.

the radeon 9600 (r3xx) doesn't have an opensource opengl driver... you'll have to use the ati developed driver if you want that.

Ok Thanks. Do you know of a site that details the installation of the ATI driver for the nc8000?

Thanks.
