No.... no easy way that I know.

The exclusive access cooperation that is needed does not exist and
multiple access breaks the files.  There may also be some format
differences.... 

You might export the book marks to a html file
for each browser and then have a single html file
that makes them both visible.

About a year ago I googled for a day trying to find tools that merged
Mozilla, Netscape123, etc play together and never found a tool that
matched my expectations.  Since a year is a long time give it another
look.
