A problem I ran into with the 2.6.8 kernel and my NEC 6100a DVD+RW drive
was that any audio CDs came out being nothing but noise. I discovered a
post in bugzilla that there was a bug in 2.6.8 and moving to kernel
2.6.9 CDs burn fine.
