There is only one file named as FC2-i386-disc1.iso and the rest as disc2, disc3 and disc4. Where as linux with anaconda installer has lot of assoicated file structure alongwith the folder that contains RedHat. So, if I wish to have dual boot system alongwith XP, then how can install the from these iso files. Is there anything wrong in burning these files. thanks ambrish Quoting Paul Howarth <paul@xxxxxxxxxxxx>: > ambrishdhaka@xxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > > I copied down the iso images to CD but I am unable to boot with the iso > images, > > unlike the Red Hat Linux which have anaconda installers that help in > booting > > the installation procedure. > > Fedora is no different to Red Hat in this respect - both use anaconda in the > > same way. > > When you look at the contents of CDs you have burned, what file(s) is/are > there in the top-level directory? > > Paul. > > -- > fedora-list mailing list > fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx > To unsubscribe: http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list > ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using NWebmail, BSNL's Webmail Program
