Well I fixed it everyone. It was a wierd issue, I know I fixed but I'm not quite sure why it was fixed or why it WASN'T fixed in the normal ways. 1) Download yumi/gyum from fedoranews.org (at least thats where I got it from). 2) Download the yumi update notification icon from fedoranews.org. 3) Manually install the updates that it is complaining about and all is well!! Thanks everyone for your help though!
