Hi there!

You could try ClarkConnect (at this moment version 2.2 is the latest, see http://www.clarkconnect.org/index.php). It's very easy to setup, is very stable, secure and manageble and configurable with a browser either from you LAN or from the internet (i.e. your workplace :) )
It can also act as a server (FTP, Webserver, Mailserver, Samba and so on) and while it's running on RedHat 9, with the update function in Fedora, you can have it very easily run on Fedora without any problems.
