The phone number is in Farmington, CA. I'll give it a call tomorrow during the day time to see what comes up.

FYI, Fresno is no longer 209, as hasn't been for about 5 years. It's now 559. 209 stops up north around Los Banos and Dos Palos, CA. And I would never qualify Manteca, Ceres or Atwater as "Major Cities." I'm also checking in with someone who lives up towards that area and see what they know.
