Do any Fedora folk actually test this kind of thing?

I upgraded to FC3-test2 because someone suggested
that my xorg problem would be looked at there,
but that wasn't true, unfortunately.
I found the problem had been solved 6 month's ago
in the bugzilla <http://freedesktop.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=591>
but no-one on the FC team seems to have looked at that.

In any case, my question was:
Is anyone actually using the Network Device Control tool
found in Start=>System Tools.
