You can do it by hand: grep USERCTL /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-* In the ifcfg-$DEVICE file for your outgoing device you will have to have an entry USERCTL=yes > Secondly, is there a Womens user group in Fedora (as in KDE) ?
