I have a several customers , and they want to have their own name servers , with their own IP address . Can I do this ? like create 2 DNS for one customer , and 2 for other one , and go one .

I hope you mean multiple zones, why would you want to run multiple
BIND service instances?
As with a single zone, if you can setup one, you can do 100, 1000,
same format, what's so hard about that?
