SPEC-
FC2 kernel 2.6.8-1.521

MEMORY STICK-
Lexar JumpDrive 128MB RAM, bought from WalMart for
$30! Totally hot-swapabble. Love it, love it, love
it...

I realize that this does not solve your problem, but
just know that other 'memory sticks' (USB2.0) do work
fine with FC2.
