Yes.. BUT before you startx (init 5) remember you have to edit your 
xorg.conf.

Comment out dri:
#       Load  "dri"
and change the driver to :
Driver      "nvidia"

This should be enough to get you up and running, and restarting X you should 
see the NVidia logo.
