That is part of the problem. The spadmin util is not included with the FC1
or 2 openoffice. I confirmed this by looking at the srpm spec file. There
is a section in it that removes the code fir during pre build.

Any other way we can do this. I would rather be able to change this in one
place instead of having to rebuild packages every time an update comes
out.

Any ideas?
