I have fedora core 2 and have installed the kde-i18n-chinese packages. I'm able to get most of the kde and gnome applications in chinese. But the fonts on most of the applications is light in color and very small . Bold fonts desn't work anymore. Contents of /etc/sysconfig/i18n file : LANG="zh_CN.gb2312" SYSFONT="lat0-sun16" Also, the console ( not in X) doesn't show in chinese .. . i get garbage text !!
