Yes they are there, but still error. Must I uninstall my Perl 5.8.3 and
downgrade to Perl 5.8.0 because at the qmailrocks.org using Perl 5.8.0.

After installing perl-Time-Hires-1.55-2.i386.rpm you should have the
following files present - are they there?

/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/Time/HiRes/HiRes.bs
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/Time/HiRes/HiRes.so
