Running k3bsetup in GNOME

Hi.

There have been some posts recently about problems using k3b with the 
new 2.6.8 kernel. 
It seems running k3b as root is a workaround.   But k3bsetup is required 
to do this and I have
not been able to find k3bsetup.   Does anyone know how to run k3bsetup 
under GNOME?
Or where I can find k3bsetup?
