OT: Setting up a forwarding mail domain in DMZ without pinhole.

Hi all

Have banged my head to the wall for answer to this question...even google is tired and qmr list of qmailrocks.org, whose methodology I am using to setup my qmail server, is not able to answer. Since this list represents a lot of technical expertise, I am posting it here...please do guide.

I want to setup several email domains on a Linux machine in my DMZ. On the
other hand I dont want the vpopmail mailboxes on the DMZ machine.

I want to setup the mailboxes on a server in the Green Network, which is
firewalled from the DMZ and allows only incoming sessions into DMZ from
the Green Zone.

I want the DMZ server to receive the mails from the internet, for the
domains, it is set up as first MX and keep them in its queues. I want
the Green server to periodically connect to the DMZ qmail server and get
all mails from it...as the DMZ server cannot connect to it due to the
iptables firewall.

Is there a way to do this without creating a pinhole, just by getting
the Green email server connect periodically somehow for collecting mail?

I want a server to server solution, not something that makes me create a
domain mailbox on DMZ and collect mails using pop3/imap.

Do hope someone can help me.

With best regards.
Sanjay.
