Compare the version "rpm" packaged by 'livna' with the latest from nvidia. At this instant it should version 1.0-6111 The rpm packages can lag behind nvidia and they are slow enough because they test so very many permutations. If the rpm package is 'current' by all means use it. If I recall there are two 2.6kernel+4K stack drivers so far. The second supports one of the new cards and fixes a couple minor bugs. Scan the release notes for info.
