www.open-carpet.org provide a red-carpet channel for KDE for Red Hat.
Just do:

sudo rug service-add http://open-carpet.org/services/kde-redhat

There are also many other services for almost all of the main yum/apt
repositories for RHL/FC out there are open-carpet.org. Just visit their
website to find details.
