This has a lot more to do with the router than it has to do with rdesktop. rdesktop has lots of options, but I use it basically like this:

rdesktop -g WidthxHeight hostname_or_ipadress

(where "WidthxHeight" is really "800x600" or whatever). Sometimes I add the "-f" option for full-screen.

So if I understand your question right, what you really need to know is either

a) the local IP address of the machines you want to connect to, if the router is set up correctly and it's a regular router;
b) If your router is doing NAT, the apparent, mapped IP addresses (on your side of the router) of the machines you're trying to connect to;
c) the hostnames of the machines you're trying to connect to, if the router or firewall is set up correctly and DNS is working.

Basically, what I'm saying is, if you can ping the machine, you should be able to rdesktop to it with the command above (as long as the machines are running Terminal Services). The router should be invisible to rdesktop.
