Yeah, but it's built for FC2. Use at your own risk in that case.
It looks like the "1" would be for FC1. In the redhat directory there are directories for 9 and 1, which would make sense for RH9 and FC1.
Strip back the URL and peek at the directory for /1.7/redhat and there are rpm's for RH9, FC1, and FC2.
