YAST is SUSE's general config tool. I vaguely recall the other tool you
allude to. :)
For GUI use I think the current crop of system-*-* commands are not
bad. At some point I expect they will come up with a single GUI that
calls each of them in turn.
Actually it would not be difficult to write one.....hmmmm
