Jonathan,

FC2 now comes with Dovecot. It's pretty easy to get to work. For pop3,
you have to edit /etc/dovecot.conf - it's switched off by default, IMAP
is switched on.

If you don't have it installed, install the RPM and have a look at the
docs which come with it.
