Then click next... i have no chance to give it input. there is no "selection" made. when you boot from the installation cd/dvd, you get to the main startup screen and it says "press enter for graphical install" or "type linux text to install in text mode" or something along those lines. i press enter. anaconda starts, it detects video card, fails to detect monitor, detects mouse and keyboard, then it tries to start X. thats when the monitor goes blank and stops receiving a signal.
