Questions about ethereal were answered more than once now. Please use
the list archive for search in future.

rpm -qli ethereal

will print you out information and the content of the installed package
ethereal. You see that this package provides the tethereal (non GUI)
binary in /usr/sbin/. To have the GUI version /usr/sbin/ethereal you
need to install i.e. ethereal-gnome.
