I've searched Freshmeat and SF with no luck. I'm trying to find:
A) A simple MIDI editor. All I need is the ability to truncate existing MIDI files so that they're short enough to be used as a ringtone,
and/or
B) A conversion utility between the .amr audio format and more conventional formats - wav or mp3.
Everything I found so far has been depressingly out-of-date, or abandonware.
