Over-current change on port 2 in FC2

My hardware:
Compaq Armada 100s - K6-2+, 1x32RAM, 1x256RAM, VGA CyberBlade is taking 8MB RAM /shared/, 4GB HDD, FDD, CDROM.

What is problem:
I ran on this lappie RH9 with GNOME, and was satisfied /yeah.. winmodem rules... :( /, but want to go for better distro /and agree, that performance will be bit weaker/. So I have tried Fedora Core2 - DVD instalation.
1. dvd-rom device was not found in BIOS but kernel does recognise it, so I have copied /isolinux directory to /boot and edited grub.conf so I can boot to instalation - problem solved
2. allready during install lappie freezes, as first by starting anaconda, after restart in X-enviroment, and so on... by pressing ctrl+alt+f4 I found this scrolling text
hub 1-0:1.0: over-current change on port 2
Gentlemans, this lappie has only one usb port physicaly /dev/sda - as I mounted in RH9. But I ignored that and I don't know how, but I have succeed by instalation /24 crashed, freezed - 1 succeed/
3. booted FC2 and saved dmesg /has 65kB/ - filled with messages>
hub 1-0:1.0: over-current change on port 2
It does not matter in which console I switch after lappie is up, on all 6 consoles is scrolling this text. Only X enviroment is runnig but slow and for me it is better to run console.
But - in X I can mount my usb drive without problems...

Knows anybody what does that mean? I have prepared rh9 cd's, when it will not work, will go for RH9 back.
Any help appreciated.

Boris
