Slim, The system I am running is Redhat Fedora Core 2. The only information I had to go on was "Segmentation Fault" when I tried to use RPM for anything. After 6 frustrating hours panicking because a near production ready system was not working, I found the solution through some arcane website pages that I luckily stumbled across. It appears as though Fedora documentation and troubleshooting is not the highest on the food chain, but I do appreciate the help I did receive from people on this mailing list. What ticks me off is that after almost ~9 years (rough guess) of Redhat Linux RPM's being around that their isn't better documentation of how to fix the RPM system if it goes down. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: fedora-list-bounces@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:fedora-list-bounces@xxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of slim Sent: Sunday, July 04, 2004 2:12 AM To: For users of Fedora Core releases Subject: RE: Fix Broken RPM System?
