Hi and excuse for the disturbance, I with kernel the 2.4 and openswan was accustomed to make to start ipsec with the command:

# start ipsec

and to work on ipsec.conf, but now with kernel the 2.6 and ipsec-tool I do not succeed to understand null! how I make knowing if ipsec it is in execution? now I must work on racoon.conf and not on ipsec.conf? and the files ipsec.public and ipsec.secrets from which files have been replaced? excuse but is confuseed :-((
