hi Serge,

i managed to mount successfully with no 'perms denied' msg by running this
command on the fc2 nfsd server:

mount -t nfsd nfsd /proc/fs/nfs

and also restarting nfs. i'm using the nfs-utils-1.0.6-22 package with a custom
2.6.7 kernel but this fixed the problem with the vanilla kernel too.
