Or the easiest way would be to put horde in /var/www/ssl, set the
DocumentRoot for ssl to /var/www/ssl and put an index.html in
/var/www/html that says the following:

META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="0; URL=https://webaddress/horde/";
