(Old) Bug. According to lspci it is an unspecified "Network controller",
but kudzu should be smart enough to handle it.
I had the same in FC Test 2 and 3, now it's back again in FC2.

Simply delete eth2 and add a new isdn device with system-config-network.
The Hisax driver should be ok (it was broken in 2.6 < 2.6.3), so I wish
you luck (there are still some other isdn related bugs, e.g in
system-(config|control)-network and problems shutting down the device).

You can also try the proprietary drivers from AVM. AVM released a
version for kernel 2.6 a month ago.
