poptop is available at poptop.sourceforge.net. The packages available are for older versions. Setting up a poptop vpn server on Fedora is going to be hard, it requires kernel patches be installed (ones not available for 2.6 AFAIK) and pppd patched. This is going to require some heavy reading, I can tell you that much.
